Digimasi Baju is a made-up brand: a demo shop run by Digimasi. This page explains what the demo keeps from what you type in, why, for how long, who handles it, and how to see, fix or delete it. We handle personal data with reference to Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
Made-up details only
Payments and deliveries are pretend. There are no card fields, no real payment provider, and nothing is shipped. Please use made-up names, addresses and phone numbers. Everything visitors type in is wiped every night at 03:00 WIB (Jakarta time).
What the demo keeps
- Your account: name, email and your password, stored only as a one-way hash.
- Your login session, with your browser’s name (user agent).
- Addresses you save, and your wishlist.
- Orders: the items, the recipient’s name, phone number and address, the email, the shipping and payment you chose, and any discount code.
- To limit how often forms can be sent, your IP address is counted for one minute. It is not stored with your account or your orders.
Why
- To run the demo: log you in, take your order through the pretend payment and delivery, and show it in My account and on the tracking page.
- To show the shop’s CMS: orders and accounts appear in this demo’s CMS, where Digimasi’s team and the people they give a demo to can see them. One more reason to use made-up details.
- To keep the demo from being misused: the captcha on sign-up and log-in, and the limits per IP address.
Your data is not sold and not used for anything else.
How long it is kept
Until the nightly wipe at 03:00 WIB. Then every account, login session, address, wishlist and order made on the demo is deleted, and stock, prices and discount codes go back to the demo values. If you delete your account before that, it goes straight away (see below). Your cart, wishlist and recent orders in this browser’s storage stay until you clear them.
Who handles it
- Digimasi runs the demo and decides what is kept and why.
- Cloudflare runs the servers and the database the demo lives on, and stores the data for Digimasi.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical details of your device when you sign up or log in, to tell people from bots.
- Nobody else: there is no payment provider and no courier, and the shop sends no email. Confirmations are shown on screen as previews.
Cookies and browser storage
When you log in, one cookie keeps you logged in for up to 14 days, or until the nightly wipe ends your session. Your cart, wishlist and recent orders are kept in this browser’s storage.
Your rights
- See your data: My account shows everything the demo keeps about you: your details, addresses, wishlist and orders.
- Fix it: change or delete addresses under Addresses. For anything else, email us.
- Delete it: log in, open Settings and choose “Delete my account”. Your account, addresses and wishlist are deleted straight away. Your orders stay until the nightly wipe, without your name, email, phone number or street. Guest orders go with the nightly wipe.
- Ask a question or object: email privacy@digimasi.com. We reply within 3×24 hours.
